Tony Joe Good, 48, of Oliver Springs, passed away Saturday, February 11, 2023 at Jefferson Memorial Hospital.
Tony grew up in Bean Station but lived in Greene County and Hamblen County for most of his younger years. He had recently moved to Oliver Springs for a fresh start. Tony had never met a stranger and could strike up a conversation about anything. His unique wittiness always brought laughter to the room, and he always had a smile on his face. It was never a dull moment when Tony was around. He was a master at building and could draw like an artist. He had a very creative mind. Tony was passionate about motorcycles and hit the roads on a nice sunny day as often as possible. Most of all, Tony cherished his children and grandchildren, and they brought him great joy to watch them accomplish and achieve life goals. He loved to spend time with them and watch the smiles on their faces. His children fondly remember going to the skating rink and riding horses with Tony when they were young. Some of which he would take his grandkids now and do. They will forever cherish these moments they had with him. He will be forever missed.
He was preceded in death by his father, Joe Ronnie Good; sister, Tonya Good.
Left to cherish his memories are his children, Siarra (Thomas) McCann and Trevor (Venus) Good; grandchildren, Serenity McCann, Kennedy McCann, Alyssa Good, and Dakota Good; mother, Brenda Good; brothers, Troy Welch and Tim Welch; sister, Teresa Morrell; nieces, Shawnee Cobb, Brittanee Good, Tisha Hickey, Tasha Cannito, Rachel Welch, and Jessica Welch; nephews, Colt Good and Joseph Welch; and special cousin, Chad Lawson; and many great nieces and nephews.
A memorial service is planned for Saturday, February 18, 2023 at 4:00 P.M. in the chapel of Stetzer-Bales Funeral Home.
Arrangements by Stetzer-Bales Funeral Home.
