Smith Saunders Obituary

Smith Saunders, age 87, of Morristown, passed away Sunday, January 9, 2022. He was a faithful member of First Baptist Church of Morristown.

He was preceded in death by his son, Michael; parents, T.C. and Brownie Saunders.

He is survived by his wife of 38 years, DeAnna; son, Tony Saunders; five grandchildren; and soon to be four great-grandchildren; sister, Linda (Bill) Graves; brother, Jack Saunders; two stepchildren, daughter, Fonda (Bob) Proctor, and son, John Butler.

The family will receive friends Friday, February 18, 2022 from 6 - 7 P.M. at First Baptist Church of Morristown in the parlor. Memorial services will follow with Bob Blanton and Rev. Dean Haun officiating. Military honors will be presented.
