Shirley Slayton Obituary

Shirley Juanita Slayton, age 78, of White Pine, passed away Wednesday, October 27, 2021 at Turkey Creek Medical Center in Knoxville.

She was preceded in death by her significant other, Johnny Estes; parents, Homer and Della Williams; brothers, Virgil Williams, Reuben “Lucky” Williams, Colbert Williams, and Clestor Williams; sisters, Lori Reene Sartain and Dessie Faye Hall.

She is survived by her children, Gregory Bell, Terry (Leah) Bell, Crystal (Kevin) Brown and Shannon Lockhart (mom’s angel); sister, JoAnn (Dorsey) Barnes; along with several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and a host of great friends.

No services are being planned.
