Shelby Jean Wishon

Shelby Jean Wishon, age 79, of Morristown, passed away Friday, December 1, 2023 at The Heritage Center.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Larry Wishon; parents, Virginia May Nelson Ray, and Hubert Roark; brothers: Larry Trent, James Paul (Rudy) Ray.

She is survived by her daughters, Virginia (Timothy) Rosenberger, and Tina (Tom) Darby; Son, James Abe (Amy) Wishon;

grandchildren; Michael Reynolds, Kaiti, Kimberly and Eric Lunsford, Haley and Ben MacIsaac, Thomas Darby, Larry and Haley Darby, Aniston, Kaan, and Chloe; great-grandchildren, Keely Reynolds, Jed, Raelynn, Alex, Colton Maclsaac, and Hadley Darby; brothers, Allen Trent, and Roger (Sandy) Trent; along with numerous nieces, nephews, in-laws, and cousins.

The family will receive friends Sunday, December 3, 2023 from 2 – 4 P.M. in the chapel of Stetzer-Bales Funeral Home.  Funeral services will follow at 4:00 P.M. with Dr. Larry Parrott officiating.  The family will receive friends Monday, December 4, 2023 from 1-2 P.M. at the Mountain View Baptist Church in Sevierville with interment to follow in the church cemetery.
