Sharon Ann (Broyles) Braxton

Sharon Broyles Braxton, born February 13, 1951 to Larry and Margaret Broyles of Morristown, passed on to glory on Sunday, July 20, 2025 at her home after a brief illness.  She passed peacefully, surrounded by family.

A feisty personality with a well-rounded mix of interests, Sharon most enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren, cross-stitching, watching the Tour de France and her beloved Chicago Cubs.  A loving wife and mother, Sharon left an imprint on this world that will continue through her generations.

Sharon is survived by her husband, Rick; her sister, Stacey St. Pierre (Donat) of Knoxville; daughter, Abby Grainger (Doug) of Sparta, TN; son, Doug Braxton (Trisha) of Dallas, GA; 5 grandchildren, Ella, Lilly, and Elijah Braxton, James, and Samuel Grainger; nephew, Gavin St. Pierre (Anna); niece, Emalee St. Pierre; she also leaves a small world of other family members and friends who will miss her dearly.

Visitation will be held 2:00 p.m., Saturday, July 26, 2025 at Stetzer-Bales Funeral Home in Morristown with eulogy to follow by her son.
