Roy Michael "Mike" Long

Roy Michael “Mike” Long, age 71, of Mooresburg went to his heavenly home on Sunday, February 4, 2024.  He was saved at a young age.

In his free time, he loved to farm and enjoyed raising cattle.  He was the owner of Little Giants in Rogersville. Later in life, he owned Mikes Seamless Guttering, and Country Corner Restaurant in Mooresburg.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Roy and Charlotte Long; sister, Kathy Long.

He is survived by his wife, Tammy Long; sons, Dustin (Jasmine) Long, and Mark Farmer, all of Mooresburg; daughter, Tara (Brian) Stanley of Fall Branch; grandchildren, Cainnan (Destiny) Long of Blaine, Austin “Tucker” Farmer, Zanna Long, Finley Long, and Levi Farmer; along with a host of special friends and family.

The family will receive friends Wednesday, February 7, 2024 from 4-7 P.M. in the chapel of Stetzer-Bales Funeral Home.  Funeral services will follow at 7:00 P.M. with Rev. Dean Buell officiating.  Graveside/interment services will be Thursday, February 8, 2024 at Lovin Cemetery in Mooresburg at 2:00 P.M.

 Rick Miley, Brian Stanley, Brian Dalton, Charles Miley, Cainnan Long, Terry Helton, and Austin Tucker Farmer, will serve as pallbearers.
