Roy Elton Fowler

Roy Elton Fowler, 79, of Mooresburg, TN, passed away Thursday, February 23, 2023 at his home, surrounded by love.  He joins his parents, Ezra Francis and Rebecca Naomi Fowler; five sisters, Marie, Helen, Patsy, Florence and Rosalie; two brothers, Lawrence and Francis in eternal rest.

Originally from Southeast Washington DC, Roy was a history buff and avid outdoorsman, loved to hunt and fish, always cracking a joke.  He was a provider, protector, confidant and friend.

In addition to his loving wife of 30 years, Robin Fowler; Roy leaves behind a legacy of five children, Shawn (Vicki), Debby, Jason (Christina), Carey (Andy) and Nicholas (Angela); 12 grandchildren, Corey, Sebastian, Charlie, Caelyn, Kameron, Abigail, Kaylee and Evan; and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.

A memorial service will be held in his honor at 11:00 A.M. on Wednesday, March 8, 2023 at Stetzer-Bales Funeral Home.
