Roger Dale Furgerson

Roger Dale Furgerson, age 63, of Newport, passed away Thursday, March 21, 2024 at his home.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Bill and Oline Furgerson; sisters, Marshalene and Louise; brothers, Billy, and Jimmy.

He is survived by his children, Angela Bradley, Jamie (Travis) Thompson, Sara (Eric) Corbin, Kimberly (Nathan) Irvin, Jsaon Morgan, and Lora Morgan; sisters, Carolyn (Kelly) Howard, and Judy (Ricky) Shelton; brother, Tommy (Chris) Furgerson; along with several grandchildren, and great-grandchildren; special niece, Ashley Denton.

The family will receive friends Sunday, March 24, 2024 from 1-2 P.M. in the chapel of Stetzer-Bales Funeral Home.  A memorial service will follow at 2:00 P.M. with Rev. Danny Lamb officiating.
