Ricky Lynn Tooley

Ricky Lynn Tooley, age 65 of Rogersville, TN formerly of Morristown, TN gained his angel wings on June 2, 2023 after a courageous battle with pneumonia.  

Rick was born in Cleveland, OH and his family moved to TN when Rick was very young.  He graduated from Morristown East and worked at Tooley's Transmission most of his life.  Rick was quite a character, he never met a stranger, he was always trying to help someone and would give anyone in need the shirt off his back.  He dearly loved his little yorkie, Dudley.

He was preceded in death by his father Charles Tooley and sister Bonnie Beck.  

He is survived by his girlfriend of 30 years, Faye Henard of Rogersville, his mother Barbara Tooley of Morristown, sister Brenda Beam (Gary) of Morristown, brother Roger Tooley (Sharon) of Sevierville, sister Buffy Fahay of Morristown and several nieces and nephews.  

The family of Rick wishes to extend their sincere appreciation to Morristown-Hamblen Hospital CCU where he was a patient for the past 2 1/2 weeks.

A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
