Obituary

Ricky L. Stines, “Festus” age 60, passed away on Monday, December 14, 2020.  He fought a long hard battle with his Health and is finally at peace.

He is preceded in death by his mother, Ada McMillan; father, Daniel Stines; sisters, Janice Courtney and Linda Stines; brother, Steve Stines; nephew, Justin Stines.

He is survived by his brother and sister-in-law, Gary and Diane Stines; sister, Rhonda Masoner; sister-in-law, Gina Stines; nephews, Josh (Jessica) Stines, Matt Stines; niece, Morgan (Zac) Barr; aunt, Dorothy Buell; with several cousins; best friends, Roscoe Horner, Dean Horner, Phil Raines and Melissa Stines; step-children, Nathan Carroll and Brittany Carroll.

A memorial service will be held for family and close friends at a later date.
