Rebecca "Becky" Sue Cotter

Rebecca “Becky” Sue Cotter, age 66, of Morristown, went to her heavenly home to be with the Lord on Friday, January 23, 2026 at Morristown-Hamblen Healthcare System.

She was a loving mother, grandmother, and a friend to all who knew her.  She will be missed by all.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Dorothy Hawk; father, Wayne Cotter; aunt, who was more like a mother to her, Helen Douglas; sisters, Debbie Cotter, and Connie Bolden; daughter, Tosha Cotter; nephew, Josh Mullins who she raised as her own.

She is survived by her son, Rev. Jason A. Cotter and wife, Amanda; grandson, Landon Cotter, who she raised and loved more than life itself; cousins, Charlene, and Wesley; special fur babies, Little Buddy, and Lucy; along with other family members and friends.

A memorial service is being planned for a later date for her and her daughter who died a week ago.
