Rebecca Sue (Luttrell) Stump

Rebecca Sue Stump, age 87, of Morristown, passed away on Monday, January 12, 2026, at the Morristown-Hamblen Healthcare System. She was a member of Montvue Baptist Church and worked at several grocery stores throughout her life, with her last position being at Food City. Rebecca was a loving mother, grandmother, and a cherished friend to everyone she met.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Ernest and Vina Ivy Luttrell; her brother, Ernest Luttrell Jr.; and her sister, Nancy Luttrell.

She is survived by her son, Charles (Regina) Stump; her grandson, Dereck (Danielle) Stump; her great-grandchildren, Carson Stump, Dana, and Isaac; and her brother, Bill Luttrell.

A graveside interment service will be held on Thursday, January 15, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. at Jarnagin Cemetery.
