Philip Wayne "Grumpy" Ratliff

Philip Wayne “Grumpy” Ratliff, age 54, of Talbott, passed away Friday, September 1, 2023 at The Serenity House.  He worked for Walkers Recycling of Talbott.

He is survived by his wife, Carol Allen Ratliff; 3 stepsons, David, Paul, and Nathan Allen of Talbott; 2 sisters, Tina Ratliff Ward, and Dixie Michelle Ratliff Perkins; 3 nieces; 1 nephew; 1 great-niece; 4 great-nephews.

A celebration of life will be held Sunday, September 17, 2023 at 1:00 P.M. at Cherokee Dam in Jefferson City.
