Nora Mae (Odell) Banner

Nora Mae Banner, 93 years young of Morristown, passed away Thursday, December 12, 2024 at her home.  Nora worked at Anchor Brush for many years before working at Citizens Tribune.  She was a dear member of the congregation of Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses in Morristown for over 64 years.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Ardeal Banner; son, Ralph Banner; one brother; and 3 sisters.

She is survived by her son, Audie and Jill Showman Banner, of Chuckey, TN; two grandsons, Terrence Banner, of Jacksonville, FL, and Trevor Banner of the home; one granddaughter, Deszarae and Tyler Barnette of Mosheim, TN; three great-grandchildren, Halle Banner, J.D. Barnette, and Tana Barnette; several nieces and nephews who loved her dearly; special friends/care givers, Nike Miller, and Donna Osborne.

A memorial service is being planned for a later date.
