Obituary
Minnie “Kay” Brown, age 69, of Knoxville, passed away Tuesday, May 2, 2023 at her home. She attended Holston Hill Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her parents, James Charley and Addie Lawless Lane; sons, Danny Collins and Larry Ray Helton.
She is survived by her husband, Lewis Alan Brown; son, Jody Wayne Helton; grandsons, Isaiah and Larry Ray McBee; granddaughter, Diana Tyler-Miller; brothers, Dale, Johnny, and Raymond Allen Lane; cousin, Bessie Russell.
The family will receive friends Thursday, May 4, 2023 from 6 -8 P.M. in the chapel of Stetzer-Bales Funeral Home. Funeral service will follow at 8:00 P.M. with Rev. Eddie Gray and Rev. Joe Devotie officiating. Graveside interment service will be Friday, May 5, 2023 at 2:30 P.M. at Hamblen Memory Gardens.
