Michael R Kelley

Michael R. Kelley, age 63, of Bean Station, passed away Tuesday, August 3, 2021 at his home.  Michael was an employee at STA in Rogersville.  He was an avid race car driver, a love he shared with his brother, Paul (Buzz).  He was a loving father and brother and will be greatly missed by all.

He was preceded in death by his son, Adam Kelley; parents, Mae and Arthur Kelley; brothers, Paul (Buzz) Kelley, Gywn Kelley, Herbert Kelley; sisters, Gearldine Kitts and Helen Bolden.

He is survived by son, Corey Kelley; grandchildren, Adam Bryant and Casey Gilliam of Bean Station; loving mother of his son’s, Penny Kelley Coffey; sister, Doris Owens; brother, Eddie Kelley; along with several nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends Saturday, August 7, 2021 from 5 – 7 P.M. in the chapel of Stetzer-Bales Funeral Home.  Funeral services will follow at 7:00 P.M.  Family and friends will meet Sunday, August 8, 2021 at 2:00 P.M. at Rocky Summit Cemetery in Bean Station for a graveside/interment service.
