Michael Van Galyon

Michael V. Galyon, age 56, of Newport (formerly Seymour), TN, passed away on Saturday, May 3, 2025.

Michael is preceded in death by father, Bennie Galyon; mother, Doris Galyon McPeters; daughter, Maranda Johnson Flynn.

Survived by son, Dameron Galyon (fiancé Brittany); daughter, Kassi Galyon Dick (Bryan); grandchildren, Prudence Dick, Prince Dick, Aden Johnson, Landon Johnson, Logan Johnson.

Michael is being cremated and will not have a service. He is celebrating (and riding his motorcycle) in heaven with family that went on before him. He will be missed, but we all celebrate that he no longer struggles to breathe. He is at peace!
