Melissa Gayle (Heck) Bradley

It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of a beautiful soul, Melissa Bradley. She was born on May 7, 1968, and was called home to be with the Lord on December 5, 2023.

She leaves behind her daughter, Mackenzie Leatherman, and her brother, Mike Heck.

She was predeceased by her loving parents, Dora and Riley Pete Heck; and her brothers, Mitch and Mark Heck.

Family was the heart of Melissa's life.  She was an incredible woman, full of warmth and known for a legacy of kindness and friendship.  It's in the way she lived her life that Melissa Bradley's moments will continue to shine through the lives she touched. Everyone who knew her will miss her deeply and keep her in their hearts forever.

The family will receive friends Friday, December 8, 2023 from 5 – 7 P.M. in the chapel of Stetzer-Bales Funeral Home.  Funeral services will follow at 7:00 P.M.  Graveside/interment services will be Saturday, December 9, 2023 at 2:00 P.M. at Bent Creek Cemetery in Whitesburg.
