Matthew Charles DeBorde

Matthew Charles DeBorde, age 41, of Whitesburg, passed away Friday, January 17, 2025 at Ft. Sanders Regional Medical Center in Knoxville.  He was a member of Catherine Nenney Baptist Church.  Matthew was a very loving person with a big heart and will be missed by all.

He was preceded in death by his father, Dwayne Charles DeBorde; grandparents, Raymond S. and Norma Jean Hall, and Virgil Charles DeBorde and Faye Campbell.

He is survived by his mother, Sharon DeBorde; sister, Sarah (Michael) Cobble and their children, Corbin and Charlee Cobble; fiancée, Elizabeth Besenfelder; 2 fur babies, Lucy and Luna; along with several other cousins, aunts, uncles, and friends.

The family is planning a celebration of life for a later date.
