Lowell Thomas “Tommy” Horner, age 86 of Morristown, passed away Tuesday, May 7, 2024 at his home. He was a member of Bethel Baptist Church. Tommy was in the car business for a several years. He was the owner of Volunteer Motors and part owner of I-81 Flea Market. His hobbies and interests were to attend auctions especially live stock.
Tommy was one of 9 children of Ernest and Mayme Colboch Horner.
He is survived by one sister, Lois Kate King; several nieces and nephews.
The family would like to say thank you to his business partner, Mary Knight, his relatives, and 4 wonderful caregivers for everything they did for Tommy during his sickness.
Family and friends will meet at Sunderland Cemetery, (US Hwy. 11-E, Talbott, TN) Friday, May 10, 2024 at 3:45 pm for a 4:00 pm graveside/interment service with Rev. Dannie Bell officiating.
