Louis Eugene Dickerson

Louis Eugene Dickerson, age 77, of Talbott, went into the arms of his heavenly father on Thursday, August 3, 2023 at Morristown-Hamblen Healthcare System. 

He was a man who loved the Lord. He was a loving husband, father, and grandfather.  He was an avid UT sports fan and enjoyed NASCAR Racing.  He loved all his dogs and cats, and working in the yard and his flowers.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Raymond and Hazel McKinney Dickerson; brothers, Ray and Jimmy Dickerson; nephews, Mike and Johnny Dickerson.

He is survived by his loving wife of 52 years, Sandra Helm Dickerson; daughter, Kim Dickerson; son, Tony Dickerson; grandson, Jeramie (Kacey) Haney; granddaughter, Katelin Dickerson; great-grandsons, Jude Dickerson, Oliver Haney and Jamison Gilchrist; sister, Sarah Seals; niece, Diane Dickerson Bernard.

The family is having a celebration of life on Saturday, September 2, 2023 at 2:00 P.M. please call Sandra Dickerson at 423-721-5566 to RSVP if you are planning to attend.  She will give you the location of the celebration.
