Leonard, Jr. Dewayne Rogers

Leonard Dewayne Rogers, Jr., age 48, of Bonnerdale, Arkansas, formerly of Morristown where he was born and raised passed away Thursday, August 15, 2024 as a result of a swimming accident.

Leonard was a fun-loving person who put everyone’s needs above his own.  His personality brought warmth and joy to everyone he encountered.  His memory will remain in the hearts of his family and those who knew him.

He is survived by his children, Allen, Nathan, Zackary, and Joey Rogers; mother, Betty (Scott) Sexton; father, Leonard Rogers; brothers, Steven and Timothy Rogers; sister, Barbara Barnett; best friends, Bucky and Shannon Brisintine; along with several other family members and friends.

The family will receive friends Tuesday, August 20, 2024 from 5-7 P.M. in the chapel of Stetzer-Bales Funeral Home.  Funeral services will follow at 7:00 P.M.  Graveside/interment service will be Wednesday, August 21, 2024 at Bethesda Cemetery at 11:00 A.M.
