Kim Elaine (Williams) Lowe

Kim Elaine Lowe, age 63, left this earth and went to rejoice with all the loved ones who had gone on before her.  She left us suddenly and to soon on Monday, November 4, 2024 at her parent’s home where she lived and called home in Sneedville.

She will forever be missed by all of those who knew and loved her.  She will forever be in our hearts.

She was preceded in death by her father, Lloyd D. “Poppy” Williams; brothers, Jody, Lumpy, and Wayne Williams; sisters, Karen Hatfield, and Julie Johns; nephew, Danny Williams; ex-husband and best friend, James “Tim” Lowe.

She is survived by her only child, Keysha Johnson; her mother, Birdie Williams; grandchildren, Gavin and Tanley Johnson, and Rylan Delph; sister-in-law, Sharon Williams; along with several other family members and friends.

At her request, she was cremated. A private celebration of life is planned for a later date.
