Joshua Allen Gates

Joshua Allen Gates, of Hartford, left his home here on earth Tuesday, September 5, 2023.  He was a free spirit that loved life, his family, and friends very much.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents; several aunts and uncles.

He is survived by his children, Victoria Paris, Ezra Gates, and Allie Suttles; fiancé, Samantha Hines; parents, Sandra and Ralph Gates; biological father, Josh Phillips; brother, Austin Gates; sister, Cassie (Shane) Hawk; nieces, Cheyenne and Onah; nephews, Bryson, Will, and Shade; along with a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends; a very special aunt and uncle, Jewel and Richard Fox; a very special friend, Lars Opshal.

A remembrance ceremony will be held at a later date.
