John William "Billy" Smith, Sr.

John William “Billy” Smith, Sr., age 67, of Bybee, passed away unexpectedly Tuesday, December 3, 2024 at Morristown-Hamblen Healthcare System. He belonged to the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah Witness in Newport.

He was preceded in death by his son, Jason Smith; parents, John and Nancy Smith.

He is survived by his wife, Jatana Smith; son, John William Smith, Jr. and wife, Brandy; grandchildren, Abigail, Elizabeth, Maddy, Morgan, Ely, and Chelsea; along with several other family members and friends.

A memorial service is being planned for a later date at the Kingdon Hall of Jehovah Witness in Newport.
