Jeffrey Dean Stout

Jeffrey Stout departed this life on August 15, 2024 in Morristown, TN at the age of 76.  Jeffrey was born on February 27, 1948 to William Stout and Gladys Coffey.  He grew up in Ashland, Ky. He was a devout Christian and he was a member of Calvary Baptist Church, Morristown, TN, and he loved his church family.

Jeffrey proudly served in the Army during the Vietnam War, demonstrating his patriotism and dedication to his country.  He was a member of the VFW Post 5266.

He was preceded in death by his father, William; mother, Gladys; step-father, Howard, sister, Donna; brother, David.

Jeffrey leaves to mourn his passing his loving wife of 40 years, Marcia Stout; five children, Christopher, Timothy (Marjorie), Kevin, Amy (Bobby), and Andrew; grandchildren, Zachary, Autumn, Audrey, Gwyneth, and Meadow; and his beloved puppy, Sadie.

The family will receive friends Sunday, August 18, 2024 from 6-8 P.M. at Calvary Baptist Church.  Funeral services will follow at 8:00 P.M. with Dr. Larry Parrott officiating.  Military graveside service will be Monday, August 19, 2024 at Mountain Home National Cemetery in Johnson City at 2:00 P.M.
