Jeffrey Charles Goins

Jeffrey Charles Goins, age 46, of Morristown, passed away Wednesday, October 22, 2025 at Morristown-Hamblen Healthcare System.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Sherry Hightower; sister, Tonya Buchanan; grandparents, Charlie Jones, and Hazel and Dixie Shiflet.

He is survived by his daughters, Carrie, and Madison Goins; father, Jeff Jones; sisters, Casey Jones, and Crystal Carter; grandmother, Thelma Jones; along with several other family members and friends.

A memorial service is being planned by the family at a later date.
