Hunter Blake Russell, born on January 19, 2007, in Morristown, left this world far too soon on Monday, June 10, 2024, following a dirt bike accident in Russellville, TN. Hunter’s life, though brief, was filled with boundless enthusiasm, vibrant energy, and a compassionate heart.
Hunter’s passions-fishing, tinkering with things with his dad, riding dirt bikes, and sharing moments with friends-were more than hobbies, they were expressions of his adventurous spirit and zest for life. His kindness extended far and wide, leaving a lasting impact on everyone fortunate enough to know him.
Hunter is survived by his father, Eric Russell, who was his hero and closest companion; grandmother, Teri Bales; grandfather, Rick Russell; great-grandmother, Becky Watkins; along with numerous cousins, aunts, and uncles, each of whom carries a piece of Hunter’s bright light within them.
Hunter’s life reminds us to embrace every moment, to cherish our loved ones, and to spread kindness in all our interactions. His inspiration will continue to guide and uplift all who knew him.
The family will receive friends Saturday, June 15, 2024 from 6-8 pm in the chapel of Stetzer-Bales Funeral Home. A celebration of life will follow at 8:00 pm.
Arrangements by Stetzer-Bales Funeral Home.
