Homer Drinnon Lathim

Homer Drinnon Lathim, age 78, of Bean Station passed away Monday, March 14, 2022 at his home.  He was a member of Adriel Baptist Church and a longtime employee of American Enka and Howmet.  He was a member of Tate Springs Masonic Lodge.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Thomas and Pearl Drinnon Lathim; sisters, Beatrice Carroll, Gussie Vaughn, Virginia Lathim and Edna Murphy; brothers, Buster, Kyle and Laydon Lathim.

He is survived by his wife, Elizabeth Jane Shreve Lathim; sons, H.D. (Loretta) Lathim, Mark (Amy) Lathim; daughter, Katrina Lathim; grandchildren, Caitlin Lathim, Cassidy (Garrett) Smith, and Casey Lathim; great-grandson, Oliver Smith, along with several nieces and nephews. 

The family will receive friends Wednesday, March 16, 2022 from 5-7 P.M. in the chapel of Stetzer-Bales Funeral Home.  Funeral services will follow at 7:00 P.M. with Rev. Robert White officiating.
