Gaye Lynette (Briggs) Wilder

Gaye Lynette Wilder, age 58, of Mt. Carmel, passed away, Friday, December 22, 2023 at Holston Valley Medical Center.  She was of the Baptist faith.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Jerry and Iva Lee Cable Briggs; brother, Richard Keith Briggs.

She is survived by her husband, Marvin Wilder; son, Jeremy Moore; step-children, Bryan (Michelle) Wilder and Lana Lane; step-grandchildren, Dylan Lane, Dawson Lane, Tristan Lane, and Seth Wilder; 3 great-grandchildren; brothers, Mike (Donna) Briggs, Jeff (Debra) Briggs; sister, Patricia Taylor; brother and sister-in-law, Mike (Jill) Wilder; along with several nieces, nephews, and great-nieces and great-nephews.

The family will receive friends Friday, December 29, 2023 from 5 – 7 P.M. in the chapel of Stetzer-Bales Funeral Home.  Funeral services will follow at 7:00 P.M. with family members officiating.  Graveside/interment services will be Saturday, December 30, 2023 at 2:00 P.M. in Hamblen Memory Gardens.
