Elizabeth "Betty" Carroll (Maloney) Gibson

Elizabeth (Betty) Carroll Gibson of Morristown peacefully joined her husband, James Frederick and many other family members and loved ones on January 12, 2022. Betty was a founding member of St. Patrick’s Catholic Church and volunteered with Meals on Wheels for nearly three decades. 

 She is survived by her children, Mary Seal, Mark (Gina) Gibson, Celeste Allen, Christopher Gibson, Theresa (Dale) Grant, Michael (Dawn) Gibson, Philip Gibson, and Anna Gibson; as well as many grandchildren, great- grandchildren and great-great grandchildren; and scores of friends who loved her like family. 

A rosary will be held on Tuesday, January 18, 2022 at 5:00 P. M. in the chapel of Stetzer-Bales Funeral Home. Following the rosary, the family will receive friends from 5:30 – 7:00 P.M.  A funeral mass will be held on Wednesday, January 19, 2022 at 10:00 A.M. at St. Patrick’s Catholic Church.  Burial will follow at Jarnagin Cemetery.
