Eddie Wolfe

Eddie Wolfe, 60, of Hancock County, TN, passed away on Friday, March 29, 2024. He was born on January 1, 1964.

 Eddie was known for his Christian faith, caring nature, and sense of humor. He sang bass for the Wolfe family, enjoyed reading, and attending church. 

Eddie graduated from Hancock County High School and furthered his education at Walter’s State and LMU. He worshipped at Flat Gap Missionary Church in Thorn Hill, TN.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Hugh and Doris Wolfe; uncle, Doyal Wolfe; grandparents, Tillman and Bonnie Yount, and David and Martha Wolfe.

 He is survived by his brothers, James, Dustin, and Travis Wolfe; sister, Tammy (Kevin) Bacon; nieces, Hayley and Alissa; nephews; Stephan, Jessie, and Adam; great nephew, Grayson Church; aunt’s, Carol Mathis and Shirl Yount.

 A special thanks to his caregiver, Jessica Gibson. 

 Eddie always was kind and encouraging. He’s now rejoicing with the Lord and Mom and Dad and all that has gone on before him.

A funeral service will be held at Stetzer- Bales Funeral Home in Morristown, TN, to honor Eddie's life and legacy.

The family will receive friends Thursday, April 4, 2024 from 11:00 A.M. – 1:00 P.M. in the chapel of Stetzer-Bales Funeral Home.  Funeral services will follow at 1:00 P.M. with Rev. Jack Greene and Rev. Terry Greene officiating.  Interment will follow at Wolfe Cemetery.
