Dorothy J. Copus

Dorothy J. Copus, age 71, of Morristown, passed away Sunday, October 3, 2021 at Morristown-Hamblen Healthcare System.  She was a member of Peace Free Will Baptist Church.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Paul Pridemore, Jr.; sister, Sharon; brother, Robert Copus; son-in-law, Larry Lawson.

She is survived by her children, Lora Lawson, Kelley (Paul) Harris, and John-Paul Copus; 7 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; brother, Paul Copus of Ohio; along with several nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends Thursday, October 7, 2021 from 4:00 – 6:00 P.M. at Peace Free Will Baptist Church.  Funeral services will follow at 6:00 P.M. with Rev. Sonny Thomas officiating.

Due to COVID-19 restrictions mask are requested.
