Derrick Lee Lewis

Derrick Lee Lewis, age 35, of Morristown, passed away Tuesday, November 28, 2023.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Pamela Hazelwood Lewis; grandfathers, Robert L. Lewis, and Ethel Buster Hazelwood.

He is survived by his partner, Lucas Mack McHone; father, Billy Wayne Lewis; sister, Latosha (Chad) Dailey; grandmother, Brenda Sue Hazelwood; nieces, Makiya, London, and Azlynn Dailey; along with several cousins, aunts, and uncles.

The family will receive friends Wednesday, December 6, 2023 from 5 – 7 P.M. in the chapel of Stetzer-Bales Funeral Home.  Funeral services will follow at 7:00 P.M. with Rev. James Goins officiating.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to help with funeral expenses.
