Deborah "Tosha" Natasha Cotter

Deborah “Tosha” Natasha Cotter, age 44, of Morristown, passed away Thursday, January 15, 2026 at The Heritage Center.

She was preceded in death by her father, Dewayne Mullins; grandmothers, Dorothy Hawk and Helen Douglas; aunt, Connie Bowlin; cousin, Josh Mullins.

She is survived by her mother, Rebecca Cotter; son, Landon Cotter; brother, Rev. Jason (Amanda) Cotter; step-mother, Vickey (Doc) Mallicoat; step-sisters, Chasity Mallicoat and Tonya Mallicoat.

A memorial service is being planned for a later date.
