Deborah "Debbie" Shoffner (Whitt) Spoon

Deborah “Debbie” Whitt Shoffner Spoon, age 62 of Rutledge, passed away Sunday, October 24, 2021 after a brief battle with cancer.

She was preceded in death by her parents, George M. and Betty Hodge Whitt; grandparents, Thea and Josie Whitt and Mettie Hodge; sister, Diana Arnold.

She is survived by her only daughter, Brittany Shoffner (Nate Blanken), grandchildren, Camdon and Carter Bell; step-daughter, Brittany (Lucas) Minnich, all of Rutledge; sister, Darlene (Jerry) Howerton of Russellville; niece, Missy Kelly of Morristown; great-nephew, Zach Carmichael of Morristown; along with a host of special friends and extended family she thought dearly of.

Family and friends will meet Friday, November 5, 2021 at 1:00 P.M. at Avondale Cemetery in Rutledge for a graveside/interment service with Rev. James Garrett officiating.

Pallbearers will be, Brent Spoon, Zach Carmichael, Lucas Minnich, Wayne Majors, Benny Atkins, Nate Blanken, David Bibbins and Tommy Foster.
