Claudia Alta (Cooper) Morgan

Claudia Alta Morgan, age 70, of Talbott, passed away Friday, April 18, 2025 at her home.  She attended Catherine Nenney Baptist Church.  She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and friend who will be missed by all who knew her.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Lola Mae Eller; brother, David Banner.

She is survived by her husband, James Morgan; sons Eddie (Ladene) Cannon, and Matthew (Cynthia) Cannon; granddaughter, Heather Cannon; sisters, Phyllis Wheatley, and Glenda (Pete) McNabb; step-daughter, Marsha Morgan; along with several nieces, nephews, other family members, and friends.

The family will receive friends, Monday, April 21, 2025 from 5-7 P.M. in the chapel of Stetzer-Bales Funeral Home.  Funeral services will follow at 7:00 P.M.  Graveside/interment services will be Tuesday, April 22, 2025 at 11:00 A.M. at Graceland Memorial Gardens in Greeneville.
