Charles Robert "Chuck" Lovingood

Charles Robert “Chuck” Lovingood, age 80, of Rogersville, passed away Thursday, December 8, 2022 at his home.

He was preceded in death by his first wife, Joyce Lovingood; parents, Charlie and Laura Bruce Lovingood; sisters, Sue Stanley and Ida Belle Hendricks; nephew, Davis Hendricks.

He is survived by his wife, Rheba Lovingood; children, Leann Sweeney, James Quinn, Terri Thomson, and Eric Lovingood; step-children, Adrian Whitaker, Timmy Whitaker and Susan Millner; 22 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; brother-in-law, Tommy Carroll; along with several nieces and nephews and a host of friends.

The family will receive friends Monday, December 12, 2022 from 5 – 7 P.M. in the chapel of Stetzer-Bales Funeral Home.  Funeral services will follow at 7:00 p.m. with Rev. Rick Gilliam officiating.  Graveside/Interment services will be Tuesday, December 13, 2022 at 3:00 P.M. at the Lovingood Family Cemetery.
