Cathy Ann (Harbin) Long

Cathy Ann Long, age 54, of Mohawk, passed away Wednesday, February 12, 2025.  She was a member of Parkway Baptist Church.  Cathy was a loving mother, grandmother, and friend who will be missed by all.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Chuckie Ray Long; father, Mark Harbin; 2 sisters; 1 brother; and 2 nephews.

She is survived by her children, Mark (Ashley Nicole) Melton, Blake Melton, Luke Melton, and Ethan (Chelsi) Long; grandchildren, David Melton, Rayleigh Long, Madison Boamah, Benjamin Melton, and Nevah Melton; mother, Deborah Williams; sister, Kristie Davis; brother, Rodney Williams; ex-daughter-in-law, Brandi Melton; special friends, Punky Sawyer, and Josh Atkins; along with several nieces, nephews, and other family members.

The family will receive friends Tuesday, February 18, 2025 from 11:45 a.m. – 12:45 p.m. in the chapel of Stetzer-Bales Funeral Home.  The family will meet at 1:00 p.m. Tuesday, February 18, 2025 at Cedar Creek Cemetery for interment with Rev. Mike Elkins and Rev. Troy White officiating.
