Bobby Ray Loftin, born September 3, 1946 went to be with the Lord on March 7, 2021. He was a retired truck driver of many years. He was a member of Way of The Cross Missionary Baptist Church in White Pine.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Olin and Beatrice Loftin; brothers, Hoarse Loftin, Pee wee Loftin and JD Loftin; sister, Brenda Saylor; special brother-in-law, Eddie Guinn; special friend of the family, Mary “Frances” Saylor.
He is survived by his wife, Judy C. Loftin; daughters, Sierra Eve Ann Nichols, Christy (Tommy) Jarnigan, Melissa (Randall) Stooksbury, and Shelia (Michael) Nichols; sons, Chris Loftin and Bobby Ray Loftin, Jr. of Wisconsin; brothers, Charles Loftin and Danny (Rhonda) Loftin; sisters, Diane (David) Myers and Carolyn (Brad) Carpenter; along with several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and special sister-in-law, Jewell Guinn.
The family will receive friends Tuesday, March 9, 2021 from 5 – 7 P.M. in the chapel of Stetzer-Bales Funeral Home. Funeral services will follow at 7:00 P.M. with Rev. Bryan Carpenter and Rev. William Webb officiating. Graveside services will be Wednesday, March 10, 2021 at 1:00 P.M. at Sunderland Cemetery.
