Billy "Dale" Rugel

Billy “Dale” Rugel, age 91, of Talbott, passed away Wednesday, February 12, 2025 at Morristown-Hamblen Healthcare System.  Dale was a charter member of Manley Baptist Church and was a faithful member for many years.

He was preceded in death by his parents Karl and Mae Smith Rugel; brother, Gary Rugel.

He is survived by his brother, Leonard (Joan) Rugel; sister, Joan Rugel; nieces, Laura (Mike) and Karla; along with several great-nieces and great-nephews.

A graveside/interment service will be held Monday, February 17, 2025 at Sunderland Cemetery at 2:00 P.M.
