Belinda Morrison Ruble, age 69, went home to be with the Lord on Wednesday, February 16, 2022. “Open to me the gates of righteousness; I will go through them, and I will praise the Lord. This is the gate of the Lord, through which the righteous shall enter.” Psalm 118:19-20.

“Her children arise up and call her blessed; her husband also, and he praiseth her.” Proverbs 31:28.
Belinda was born and raised in the Sullivan Gardens community of Kingsport. She moved to Morristown to pursue her career in typesetting. This is where she met the love of her life and best friend, her beloved husband of 41 years, Charles Ruble. They started a family and had two children, Charly and Cameron, whom she adored. She was also a mother to Shanna Wilson and Hope Isley.
She loved singing and sang in multiple singing groups. She enjoyed reading and solving puzzles. She was retired, but recently started working at Morristown Hamblen Library, which she deeply loved. What she enjoyed most was being a mamaw. Her grandchildren were her pride and joy.
