Barbara Joan Rugel

Barbara Joan Rugel, of Talbott, passed away Thursday, January 29, 2026 at her home.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Karl and Mae Smith Rugel; brothers, Gary and Dale Rugel.

She is survived by her brother, Leonard (Joan) Rugel; nieces, Laura (Mike) and Karla; along with several great-nieces and great-nephews, and other family members and friends.

A graveside/interment service will be held Tuesday, February 03, 2026 at 2:00 P.M. at Sunderland Cemetery with Rev. Tony Buchanan officiating.
